Shipping & Returns

  • Unfortunately, we currently do not offer worldwide shipping. Our shipping services are exclusively available to customers within Canada and in the USA. We continuously review our shipping options and hope to expand globally in the future.

  • Yes, free shipping is available exclusively for orders totalling $100 or more.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any skincare products. All sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@sundayroutineskin.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.

  • All orders come with tracking information provided in your confirmation email. Please allow up to 5-12 days for delivery. We appreciate your patience as we ensure each order is carefully made and shipped.

  • No. While we do not use any synthetic fragrances, we use natural essential oils for a subtle and pure scent.

  • Our products are made with love in Calgary, Alberta.
